Is the estimate the final price?

No. It is calculated from the options you select, not from a scan or analysis of your file. We confirm the final price after reviewing your project.

Which files can I send?

Upload STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP or STP models. ZIP, PDF, JPG and PNG are also accepted for supporting files or references, up to 50 MB per upload.

What dimensions should I provide?

Include the final width, height and depth, and specify millimeters or inches. Mention any holes or surfaces that need to fit another part.

What if I only have a sketch or photo?

Send your reference and describe the result you need. We will review whether modeling or design work is required and include it in the discussion.

Can I choose a color?

Add your preferred color to the project notes. We will confirm availability along with the material and finish.

How long will printing take?

Timing depends on the model, quantity, material and current availability. The turnaround choice is a request; we confirm the production schedule before you order.

Are shipping and taxes included?

Treat the displayed range as a print estimate. Delivery details and any applicable tax are confirmed with the final quote. Include your delivery ZIP code in the notes.

What if my file is larger than 50 MB?

Submit the project details and mention the file size. We can agree on a suitable way to share it.

Does submitting the form place an order?

No. It sends a quote request. You approve the final scope, price and timing before production.
