CHOOSE YOUR PLATE STYLE
• Single Toggle — a small rectangular opening for a traditional lever switch; two mounting screws.
• Duplex Outlet — two separate receptacle openings with one mounting screw between them.
• Single Rocker — a tall rectangular opening for a paddle switch; two mounting screws outside the opening.
Select the style that matches your existing device. Each order is for one single-gang cover in the selected style and color. The three styles are individual options, not a set of three. Switches, receptacles and other electrical components are not included.

Planned production: 3D-printed PLA plastic by CO3DPRINT in the USA. Fine layer lines and small surface variations are part of a printed finish.

FIT & CARE
Confirm the opening layout and available wall space before ordering. Decorative relief is adapted around each configuration. No universal, multi-gang, dimmer or GFCI compatibility is claimed.
Turn off power at the breaker before replacing a cover. Tighten suitable mounting screws gently; do not overtighten. If unsure about fit or installation, consult a qualified electrician.
For indoor use. Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid heat, dishwashers and abrasive cleaners.
